Responsibilities Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work the dayshift to provide administrative and clinical supervision to all facility staff.

The shift for this position is 6:30 am to 7:00 pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Located in Shippensburg, PA, our 112‑bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13‑17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Job Role and Responsibilities

The House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in collaboration with the Medical Staff, DON, and other facility leaders.

Provides supervision to the nursing staff and conducts chart audits to ensure compliance with assessment, treatment planning, and daily progress notes.

Reviews incident reports and ensures immediate action and documentation to ensure patient safety.

Responsible for direct supervision of the nursing staff, patients, and patient care during their shift.

Work closely with the Intake and Admissions Department regarding patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during the shift.

Qualifications Education:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred.

License:

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
