Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time NOC Shift Sequoia Transitional Care - Porterville, CA Pay:
$47-$50/hr (DOE)
Join our dedicated nursing team at Sequoia Transitional Care! We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide exceptional overnight care to our residents and support our clinical team.
Shift:
Full-Time | NOC Shift
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
Conduct assessments, administer medications & treatments
Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on shift
Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies & state/federal regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in resident condition
Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges & incident reports
Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment
Qualifications
Current CA RN license in good standing
Prior SNF/long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication & clinical skills
Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
