Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Clinical Rehab Supervisor to our Outpatient Rehab Services Team in Jacksonville, FL. This full‑time opportunity oversees the Silver Leaf outpatient clinic providing adult outpatient Physical Therapy services.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist due to the clinic’s expected focus on Physical Therapy services.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision of Rehab staff.
Oversee daily operations of the clinic.
Provide direct patient care in his/her area of licensure and competence.
Oversee age‑specific competencies according to clinic population.
Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree Doctorate Preferred
Experience
3-5 Years Clinical Patient Care Experience
Adult Experience
General Outpatient Rehab Experience
Experience collaborating with multiple rehab specialties (PT, OT, SLP)
Orthopedics and Post‑Op care experience preferred
License and Certification Required
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist Required
Licensed Physical Therapist Required
