Clinical Rehab Supervisor, Outpatient, Baptist Seven Pines Clinic
Job Summary: Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Clinical Rehab Supervisor to our Outpatient Rehab Services Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full‑time opportunity overseeing Seven Pines clinic, providing adult outpatient Physical Therapy services. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist due to the clinic's expected focus on Physical Therapy services. The Clinical Rehab Supervisor will work in an outpatient rehab clinic setting that will include managing the team as well as direct clinical patient care.
Responsibilities:
Providing leadership to and supervision of Rehab staff.
Overseeing daily operations of the clinic.
Providing direct patient care in your area of licensure and competence.
Overseeing age‑specific competencies according to clinic population.
Active BLS from the American Heart Association and licensure from the FL Department of Health required.
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
Education Preferred: Doctorate.
Experience:
3‑5 Years Clinical Patient Care Experience.
Adult Experience.
General Outpatient Rehab Experience.
Experience Collaborating with Multiple Rehab Specialties (PT, OT, SLP).
Orthopedics and Post‑Op care experience preferred.
License and Certification:
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology Required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
Licensed Occupational Therapist Required.
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required.
Licensed Physical Therapist Required.
Location: Baptist Health Clinic, various locations, Jacksonville, FL.
