Hours: Night shift (variable hours)
Location: Kingaroy Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $45.29 - $57.06 per hour + casual loading + super + NFP Salary Packaging + penalties & allowance

Role Overview As a Registered Nurse you’ll be an integral part of our blue‑hearted BlueCare team and will be encouraged to grow and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements.
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs.
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
Work collaboratively with other multi‑disciplinary team members.
Complete scheduled community visits on the road each shift.
Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
Confidence in managing time effectively, with ability to work autonomously.
General nursing experience, post‑registration.
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.
Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
