We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in our Bangor clinic.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and track their progress throughout the therapy process.
Provide hands‑on therapy, exercises, and techniques to improve patients' mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
Educate patients and their families on exercises, stretches, and techniques to continue their treatment at home.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
