Job Description:
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our clients accounting team as a
growth-focused role
within their organization. This position is ideal for a strong recent Accounting graduate or an early-career accounting professional who is eager to develop their skills and grow within a company that offers meaningful promotion opportunities.
This role provides hands‑on exposure to core accounting functions while working closely with experienced accounting leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation
Assist with financial statements and internal reporting
Support audits and special accounting projects
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support business operations
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
Open to recent graduates or candidates with a few years of accounting experience
Strong foundation in accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
