Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced ERP/MRP functionalities (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or advanced Excel modeling (e.g., Power Query, VBA).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Understanding of supply chain costing and inventory optimization strategies.
