Job Summary This is a Full Time Day Shift position, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday, and some weekend shifts as needed. As a Supervisor in Case Management RN, you will provide leadership for social work and case management staff, ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered. This role is the main resource for Case Managers, supervising, interacting, and guiding the team to ensure quality and integrity of care, aligning the Case Management staff to adhere to TJC and CMS regulations. You will also be a Case Manager on the floor with an assignment, completing some admin work, and assisting with complex cases as needed.

Qualifications

(RN) Registered Nurse license eligible to practice in the State of TX

Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

3–5 years of clinical nursing experience required, preferably in an acute care setting

Supervisory Experience preferred
