LPN/RN Unit Manager
to lead our nursing team. In this vital leadership role, you’ll ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff and residents alike. Base pay range:
$72,500.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Location:
Deltona, Florida •

Salary:
$72,500 - $85,000 (based on experience) Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to maintain exceptional care standards and efficient staffing. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while managing schedules to ensure proper coverage. Address and resolve personnel concerns while promoting teamwork and staff satisfaction. Provide hands-on training, evaluate nursing competencies, and encourage professional growth. Ensure timely and accurate completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) documentation. Collaborate with residents, families, and the care team on discharge planning and overall care coordination. Represent the nursing department in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to facility-wide quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Florida. Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A collaborative, compassionate leader committed to patient-centered care. Benefits
