Position Overview
Hospital based Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity in Dickinson, North Dakota
Treat patients of various ages in an acute care hospital setting. Ortho, IP/OP, wound care, Lymphedema and onsite therapy pool
Pay range $42 – $48/hour, DOE
Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus: You’ll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign‑on bonus, or student loan repayment, or your personal development
Housing allowance of $1,000 per month for the first 6 months of employment
Full‑time 30 hours per week, fully benefited

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities
Assess and treat patients
Complete documentation
Plan, market and develop new programs
Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
Present in‑services to fellow staff therapists
Assist in the general operation of the department
Physical Therapist Job Requirements
Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (D.P.T) in Physical Therapy
Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
Possess or be eligible for ND state licensure
