Overview Lead Phase 2 of an enterprise-wide digital marketing transformation focused on personalization. This role oversees 10 interdependent, technology-driven workstreams within a large Salesforce-based marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own the overall program roadmap, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting

Drive delivery across 10 parallel workstreams without direct people management

Hold workstream leads accountable and provide governance frameworksCommunicate progress and risks clearly to senior leadership

Partner with a Delivery Manager while serving as the program lead

Requirements

Proven experience leading large, complex transformational programs

Strong executive communication and accountability skills

Ability to perform in high-pressure environments and ramp up immediately

Technical background preferred (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CRM)

PMP preferred; PROSCI a plus

Financial services experience helpful
