The role supports a wide range of services across Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital & e‑commerce, Technology, and more. Work schedule: three in‑person days at one of our core locations (Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; Scarborough, MA) and two remote days. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Duties & Responsibilities

Lead Technical SME for systems, services and applications from simple to complex within a specific functional area. Coach and mentor team members to increase overall technical knowledge. Lead mid‑to‑large projects, driving activities such as resource and budget management, translating business needs into agile stories or waterfall requirements, building technical specifications, creating test cases, executing and documenting System Integration Testing, preparing Run Book Documentation, supporting post‑production hyper‑care, and managing third‑level technical support. Serve as the technical resolver and knowledge provider for identified services or applications, managing support relationships and service levels for mid‑to‑large software relationships. Lead root cause analysis on complex issues and recommend continuous performance improvements. Partner with Engineers, Product Teams and business groups to deliver configuration changes and operational changes, define integration needs, and design improvements. Drive proactive improvement initiatives through monitoring tools and reporting on service availability, ensuring operational stability in a 24/7/365 grocery retail environment (including off‑hours, weekends and holidays). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field (or equivalent work experience). Five or more years of equivalent experience in relevant technology roles. Experience leading teams or guiding technical direction directly or indirectly. Experience training or onboarding team members. Expertise in professional concepts and functional areas. Strong project delivery experience from start to finish with minimal direction. Ability to analyze complex problems requiring review of multiple factors. A desire to produce quality work and trace issues to their source even outside code boundaries. Judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field. Additional training or certifications in relevant areas. Experience in Agile teams and product/platform operating models. Experience leading teams or advancing technical capability. Experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
