Shift Leader
Join Bruegger’s Bagels as a Shift Leader. Bruegger’s has been kettle cooking bagels and serving New York‑style bagels with made‑in‑Vermont cream cheese for over 35 years.
We’re looking for a Shift Leader who will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, maintain a safe & clean environment, and provide great customer service.
What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They provide feedback, coach team members, and open/close the store with little supervision. They uphold food and beverage quality, safety and cleanliness.

What we are looking for?
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
Pass background check per law
ServSafe certification before leadership training
Valid state‑issued driver’s license preferred (required at specific locations)
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
