As the primary Product Manager for our Autoload team, you will own and drive the strategy, execution, and evolution of features that enable our platform to support new and existing data formats—ensuring seamless, reliable data ingestion and integration for our users.

In this highly collaborative role, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, and Operations to bring product initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. You will also support additional product lines and collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers, contributing expertise across our broader product portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for the Autoload data ingestion platform, ensuring support for new and existing data formats that meet evolving customer and industry needs.

Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, and Operations to define and deliver product initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Specify market requirements for current and future products through formal and informal market research, customer feedback, and ongoing market analysis.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, innovation opportunities, and company goals to guide product decisions.

Identify, propose, and prioritize new features or product offerings based on market insight and customer needs.

Define clear product requirements and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful execution.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to research user needs and design intuitive, effective product experiences.

Evaluate and manage strategic partner relationships and product integrations that enhance product value and reach.

Partner with Sales and Marketing on go‑to‑market strategies, including product positioning, key benefits, and target customer profiles.

Support the Sales team and key customers by providing product expertise and insight into how solutions meet customer needs and influence purchasing decisions.

Monitor product performance, adoption, and user feedback to anticipate challenges and proactively plan improvements.

Contribute to product roadmap planning and long‑term portfolio strategy.

Support other product lines and collaborate with fellow Product Managers as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements Your Competencies

Ability to communicate effectively with all business units across the organization and build strong cross‑functional relationships.

Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage in substantive discussions with software developers and clearly communicate technical decisions and trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to prioritize features and manage competing requests from multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Sound judgment and confidence to make difficult decisions, including the ability to say “no” and clearly justify those decisions.

Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills with internal teams, customers, and partners.

Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to independently prioritize work on a daily basis.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfort working in Agile development environments and dynamic software organizations.

Your Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.

3+ years of experience in software product management or a closely related role.

Familiarity with software development concepts; experience with object‑oriented programming languages (e.g., C#, C++) is a strong plus.

Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and/or Oracle preferred.

Experience working within Agile software development methodologies preferred.
