Gunster seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Private Wealth Services team in our Boca Raton office. This role is crucial for assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the department, allowing our legal professionals to focus on delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with significant experience in a law firm or professional services environment, specifically within wealth planning, trusts, and estates. Key responsibilities include document management and preparation, calendar and schedule coordination, file organization, and billing support. Qualifications include 3-5 years of legal administrative experience, with a strong preference for experience in a Private Wealth, Trust & Estates, or Wealth Planning practice group, technical proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong grammar and proofreading abilities, and a professional, client-service-oriented demeanor are necessary. The ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential client information with the highest level of discretion is paramount.
