Business Manager

The Business Manager is a key member of The Meadowbrook School’s leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the financial health, operational integrity, and strategic resource management of the school. Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Business Manager ensures fiscal accountability, operational efficiency, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in support of the school’s mission and strategic goals. This role oversees all business office functions, including human resources, accounting, payroll, benefits administration, risk management, and financial reporting. The Business Manager works closely with the Head of School, Finance Committee, and Board of Trustees, and serves as a trusted partner to faculty, staff, families, and vendors.
