Job Overview JP Tank Inc is actively seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead on‑site field operations. This role is ideal for a confident and skilled individual who can manage crews, read and interpret blueprints with precision, and ensure job sites run safely and efficiently. As a key on‑site leader, you’ll be responsible for directing laborers, coordinating with general contractors, and ensuring every project meets exact specifications and deadlines.

Field Leadership:

Supervise and lead labor crews on active job sites, ensuring production goals and deadlines are met.

Precision Execution:

Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and construction plans in exact detail to ensure zero deviations from specs.

Problem Solving:

Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on‑site to maintain workflow and quality.

Safety Management:

Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce protocols, and maintain a safety‑first culture at all times.

Communication:

Interface effectively with General Contractors, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.

Mentorship:

Train and mentor laborers in proper techniques and safety practices to elevate the team’s skill level.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in concrete construction with proven team leadership.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Technical Skills:

Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.

Soft Skills:

Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to maintain professionalism with GCs and crew members.

Availability:

Willingness to travel nationwide and work overtime based on project needs.

Compensation:

$32‑$40 per hour with weekly pay cycle.
