Job Overview JP Tank Inc is seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our field operations team. As a General Laborer, you’ll work on concrete construction jobs that directly support agricultural waste storage systems, playing a key role in sustainable energy solutions.

Who We Are JP Tank Inc is a niche concrete construction contractor specializing in industrial, agricultural, and federal projects. Our work is essential to the infrastructure of large farms, supporting efficient waste storage and clean energy production. Construction Execution:

Perform hands‑on labor tasks for concrete and masonry construction, including setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete.

Site Operations:

Operate power tools and equipment safely; load and unload materials and tools at job sites.

Team Support:

Support skilled tradespeople, follow site supervisor instructions, and assist in mentoring less experienced team members.

Safety Compliance:

Maintain a clean, organized jobsite, participate in safety meetings, and strictly adhere to all PPE and safety protocols.

Travel & Schedule:

Travel to out‑of‑state job sites as required and work overtime hours/weekends when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of experience in general construction or concrete work preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Ethic: Willingness to work long hours in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions.

Skills: Strong ability to work well with others; leadership ability is a distinct advantage.

Language: Bilingual skills are a plus.
