This position will administer day-to-day operations and improvements for CLT’s Work Order and Asset Management System Cityworks. This system is used to support various Airport Divisions with business processes such as maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance inspections, inventory management, airfield inspections, etc. The WAM Administrator regularly meets with system users in order to make enhancements and improvements to the system. This position will help to support users and resolve technical issues related to Cityworks or other Trimble Unity products.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**•
Maintain the operation of CLT’s Work Order and Asset Management System Cityworks/Trimble Unity Maintain.
•
Supports Cityworks related applications and modules such as Cityworks Office, Storeroom, and Respond.
•
Manages SQL databases for CLT’s WAM system.
•
Supports WAM processes for Facilities such as work order management, preventative maintenance inspections, and inventory management.
•
Works with Operations to implement and manage business processes such as airfield inspections, wildlife inspections, terminal inspections, security inspections, Safety Management System, etc.
•
Works with other CLT Divisions as needed to implement and support business processes using Cityworks.
•
Create and maintain GIS asset data and GIS services for the WAM system.
•
Troubleshoots technical issues related to Cityworks or other Trimble applications.
•
Creates reports and manages email subscriptions in order to report information related to Cityworks/Trimble Unity Maintain.
•
Creates dashboards and metrics to display work order data or other data of interest.
•
Responsible for the operation of Cityworks/Trimble Unity Maintain including system upgrades, server maintenance, and ensuring the system meets guidelines outlined in the City of Charlotte’s Information Security Handbook.
•
Supports hardware related to Cityworks including mobile devices in the field.
•
Assists with system integrations related to Cityworks.
•
Perform training and create documentation as needed to assist users with Cityworks and Respond processes.
•
