Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production activities* Coordinate and support team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals* Monitor equipment, materials, and processes to optimize operational performance* Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of continuous improvement* Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and plant operations to resolve issues**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee operational activities in an industrial setting* Strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence* Ability to coordinate workflows, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions* Effective communication and problem-solving skills* Working knowledge of quarry or heavy industrial operations and equipment**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $28 to $30 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
