Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate various types of heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, drillers and scalers* Perform general labor tasks to support plant and quarry operations* Assist with routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities* Monitor material flow and ensure safe, efficient production* Adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the workday**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment* Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently* Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks across quarry operations* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer*** $27.33 per hour* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled### Ähnliche Stellen (2)locations:
