The Spanish Language Outreach Coordinator oversees our Spanish Outreach work, expanding library services to our Spanish-speaking community. This individual must possess bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, have experience in program management, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have proven experience in community outreach, particularly for our Spanish-speaking community. Compensation:
Pay starts at $29.00 per hour, 40 hours per week. Must be available to work in the morning and afternoon.

Earn up to 3 weeks of Personal Time Off per year for vacation Earn 8 hours of holiday pay for seven holidays per year Accrue up to 48 hours of sick leave a year Employee health insurance including medical, vision, and dental coverage is paid by the library ($8,436 per year benefit) Library matches 2% retirement contribution after one year, 3% after two years, 4% after three years, and 5% for four years and longer
