Responsibilities
Implement and sustain Operational Excellence best practices, including daily management, standard work, 5S, and structured problem‑solving
Utilize data collection and analytics tools to enable data‑driven decision‑making, facilitate improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, SMED), and embed them into daily standard work
Champion an action‑oriented culture focused on identification, analysis, execution, and accountability
Apply expertise in high‑volume, automated manufacturing environments with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Establish benchmarking standards and measurable continuous improvement targets
Support site harmonization and operational flexibility to maximize asset utilization, reduce risk, and improve overall performance
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, providing coaching and guidance on continuous improvement methodologies
Demonstrate strong cross‑functional capability with a holistic, systems‑level perspective
Proven ability to lead change, implement new strategies, and adapt effectively in dynamic environments
Highly adaptable with the ability to perform under pressure and respond effectively to changing conditions
Hands‑on, results‑driven leader with a strong bias for action
Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing to increase efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational performance
Partner cross‑functionally to optimize processes, deploy lean principles, and foster a culture of operational excellence
Leverage experience with manufacturing operating systems to build, deploy, and continuously optimize site operations
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
5 years of experience in OpEx.
5 years’ experience in a high‑speed manufacturing environment experience.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
