VistaSG is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Client Services Manager to join our Austin-based team. In this full-cycle role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing partnerships, and managing long-term account growth. You will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our product suite while identifying opportunities for further expansion. Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Proactively identify and research potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Strategic Consultative Selling:

Develop and deliver customized sales pitches and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits of VistaSG’s solutions. Account Management:

Transition newly acquired clients into long-term partners by providing exceptional ongoing support and guidance. Revenue Growth:

Drive additional revenue through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and generating high-quality referrals. Relationship Excellence:

Act as a dedicated resource for clients, resolving inquiries and maintaining a high level of satisfaction to ensure retention. Performance & Compensation

Evaluation:

Success in this role is measured through a 30-60-90 day performance review process based on individual and team KPIs. Compensation:

This is a performance-based compensation structure. High-performing team members are eligible for bonuses within the first 90 days. Qualifications & Requirements

Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, external partners, and clients. Team Leadership:

High level of emotional intelligence and professional judgment when coordinating client activities and internal team events. Sales & Strategic Execution Negotiation & Closing:

Demonstrated success in high-level negotiations with a track record of closing complex deals. Presentation Excellence:

Skilled in designing and delivering user-friendly, high-impact presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret performance metrics and reports (e.g., client satisfaction, retention rates, and net promoter scores) to drive strategic success. Core Competencies Communication:

Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Problem-Solving:
