Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise roofing crews (5–10 team members)
Plan projects using blueprints and job specifications
Ensure safety, quality, and jobsite efficiency
Train and mentor crew members
Protect customer property and surrounding structures
Communicate with customers throughout projects
Requirements
Strong roofing experience and system knowledge
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel (CA, CO, TX, NV)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
