What You Will Be Doing
Conducting thermal surveys on ovens and performing crimp-pull testing to verify tooling integrity.
Certifying harness boards and supporting tooling for all production areas.
Assisting automation engineers in installing and validating new inspection tools.
Collecting and documenting data to help improve inspection efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborating with the quality team to troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues.

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a professional environment.
Ability to work as a part of a team and on their own.
Effective communication and presentation skills (written, oral, listening, technical writing).
Effective EQ skills (mindfulness, team building, collaboration).
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance; must be a U.S. Citizen.
Desired Skills
Circuit Card Assembly and Wire Harness manufacturing, including familiarity with CCA and Wire Harness manufacturing standards such as J-STD-001 and IPC-610/620.
Knowledge of basic inspection principles.
Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt training.
Experience with use of inspection gauges and measuring equipment.
Experience with automated process monitoring and control.
Other Important Information Telecommuting: No.
Telework classification: Onsite Full-time. Work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule: 4 × 10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
