Job Description Summary
Provide technical support to improve product quality. This position will focus on product quality through data analysis and issue resolution. This person will be responsible for driving the non‑conforming material process and root cause investigation through coordination with Production Support Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Ownership of the NCR and MRB processes
Lead analysis of defect data and CAPA creation / resolution and maintain records as specified by the GEHC quality system
Interface with Supplier Quality on supplier related defects
Conduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with SQEs, Engineering, PSEs, and feeder plants through SABRE for resolution.
Reduction of MRB and non‑conforming material inventory
Ownership of PSRs and PQRs
Ensure compliance through validation and verification (V&V)
Quality Specific Goals
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredKnowledge and understanding of production process work instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications
Ensure the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree OR High School diploma and 4+ years of product quality/supply chain experience
Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Green Belt Certified
Lean manufacturing experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
Demonstrated analytical, process management skills
