Lead Audio Quality Control Technician
to ensure our professional audio gear meets the highest standards before heading to major concerts, conferences, and live productions. From troubleshooting mixing consoles to mentoring techs in the warehouse, you’ll be the final checkpoint that keeps our events sounding flawless. Audio Equipment Testing Inspect and test professional‑grade audio systems to ensure optimal sound performance. Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose and resolve equipment issues before shipping to shows. Inventory Oversight Organize and track all audio gear, coordinating availability and maintenance schedules. Documentation & Standards Maintain accurate QC logs, checklists, and repair reports to ensure process consistency. Team Leadership Mentor warehouse staff and assist in technician training to uphold LMG’s technical standards. Logistics & Support Help manage consumables, organize gear storage, and assist with local deliveries as needed. What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of audio engineering, including PA systems, mixing consoles, and signal flow Ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical documentation A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in warehouse operations or inventory control is a plus Why Join LMG?
