Regional Financial Controller
Position at Michael Page on behalf of a global education and training company.
Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Location: Miami (covers 11 U.S. sites)
Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting and consolidation across all 11 U.S. schools.
Act as the primary financial bridge between school-level finance teams and the global group.
Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
Serve as the region's technical accounting expert.
Oversee regional audits.
Support finance system enhancements and integrations.
Provide financial insights and analysis to senior leadership.
Offer coaching and support to school-level finance teams.
Qualifications
MUST have CPA qualification (or equivalent) from a Big 4 firm.
Minimum 3-5 years post‑qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
High attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Desire to grow an organization offering mobility and progression.
