Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. is recruiting for a Director, Process & Solution Confirmation Lead. This position can be based in most J&J MT office locations in the US and Puerto Rico. It is a fixed‑term role for 2 years.
The Director will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization, a transformation office aiming at modernizing end‑to‑end Supply Chain digital capabilities by transforming our disparate business processes, adopting industry best practices and standardised technologies across the extended ecosystem.
The role will have an extended team of experts accountable for driving the definition and harmonisation of US Supply Chain business capabilities integration and leading global programs to transform our MedTech Supply Chain. The leader must be an expert within the Logistics, Customer Service and Order‑to‑Cash functional space and will enable and standardise core business capabilities to meet critical business process needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive global OTC core business capability standardisation, alignment and adoption.
Ensure successful delivery through programme execution.
Responsible for global template translation from design to solution confirmation for OTC / Logistics / Customer Service ERP capabilities.
Ensure key business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within programme timelines and scope.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align designs with strategies and road‑maps.
Partner with global team of Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance and improvement of global business processes.
Ensure quality delivery of team deliverables on time and within budget.
Develop and deliver programme presentations for senior‑level MedTech stakeholders to advise on programme status.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA desirable.
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain or large transformation programmes.
At least 5 years of supply chain business experience, including SAP ERP capabilities.
At least 3 years of business process design, engineering or optimisation.
Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain.
Demonstrated hands‑on project delivery.
Experience designing, developing, implementing and managing operational technological processes within a global organisation.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence and collaborate.
People management and development experience.
Strong customer focus (internal & external) and stakeholder management.
Certifications such as PMP, APICS, Lean/Six‑Sigma or Process Excellence helpful.
Ability to lead cross‑functional decision‑making bodies.
Knowledge of deploying standardised work processes, tools and templates.
Experience managing project timelines and milestones in complex business environments.
Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders.
Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise.
Experience working in a complex, multi‑ERP/system environment.
Travel up to 25% domestic and international.
