Sr. Analyst, Dualto Offer Development (1 of 2)
Location: Raritan, New Jersey (alternatives: Cincinnati, Ohio or Santa Clara, California). Remote work may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
Position Summary The Sr. Analyst - Dualto Offer Development is responsible for designing, building, and executing commercial offers in MedTech US Surgery, including product configuration, pricing, compliance requirements, financial modeling, and terms & conditions. This role serves as the subject‑matter expert for Dualto commercial offers and collaborates closely with Offer Development Managers/Directors, Account Management, Strategy & Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Service, and other Offer Development Analysts to deliver compliant, competitive, and scalable offers that align to the Dualto commercial strategy. The analyst also assists with preparation of CPC presentations for customer proposal scenarios and program development, amendment, and renewal.
Responsibilities
Design and execute Dualto commercial offers in MedTech US Surgery
Configure products, set pricing, ensure compliance, model financials, and draft terms & conditions
Act as the Dualto commercial offers subject‑matter expert
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, KAM, Supply Chain, Finance)
Prepare CPC presentations for proposals and program development
Connect contract data to portfolio and platforms, translating data into actionable recommendations
Maintain knowledge of MedTech industry, US hospital systems, and sales/contracting landscape
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in commercial roles, finance, or healthcare preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Data analytics experience required
Technical skills in Tableau, MS Office, Power BI (SAS optional) and strong Excel (vLookup, pivot tables)
Experience in medical devices/technology preferred
Experience partnering with cross‑functional business partners preferred
Knowledge of MedTech industry and US hospital systems
Capital experience preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Additional Requirements Domestic travel up to 25% required.
Compensation Base pay range: $79,000 – $127,650 (Bay Area $91,000 – $147,200). Eligible for annual performance bonus as per company policy.
