Overview

Retail Service Specialist role at O'Reilly Auto Parts. The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.). Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy. Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed. Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing the electronic outside purchase order ledger. Process returns and exchanges efficiently and in a friendly manner; issue refunds using the correct payment methods; stage returned merchandise correctly. Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store. Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule, obtain approvals for changes/deviations from management, and clock in/out per policy. Perform all store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, money/deposits verification, deposits preparation, night security checks, and secure delivery vehicles in designated areas; manage security alarms as required. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required: Strong communication skills; ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired: Retail sales experience (preferably in auto parts); automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification; multilingual fluency (Spanish highly desired). Total Compensation Package
