What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute a conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap based on data and insights in collaboration with the CRO Director
Configure, implement, and QA experiments using Adobe Target and personalization tools, including front-end coding when necessary
Optimize digital pages and forms to enhance full-funnel performance across various touchpoints
Analyze user research and data to inform test concepts and variants
Define and monitor success metrics for all experiments, ensuring robust tracking and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in A/B testing and personalization frameworks with a strong grasp of web funnel performance
Proficiency in editing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementation purposes
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and monitoring site performance
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and familiarity with tools like Adobe Target and VWO
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Engineering teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in B2B environments or companies with similar acquisition flows
Familiarity with the employer's products, such as Customer Data Platform (CDP)
