What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to telematics, data services, and fleet management
Provide administrative problem resolution to end-users, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions
Take ownership of complex issues, working independently and collaboratively across teams
Capture customer support trends and report findings to management
Manage customer handling processes and maintain communication with internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma required; Associate or college degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience
Experience working on a Percepta or Ford program is advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in operations program handling processes
Strong empathy and awareness of customer loyalty drivers
Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
