Base Pay Range
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
About the Role The Controller will be responsible for the company's financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, experience in construction accounting, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities
Provide financial analysis and insights
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Lead the annual budgeting and planning process
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans
Manage relationships with external stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial management or controller roles.
Experience in Construction Accounting including Progressive Billing, WIP, and Job Costing.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Proficient in using financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
