Academic Success Specialist, Alpha Anywhere (Remote)
This role offers a base pay range of $30.00/hr. Operating from any location with reliable internet, you will convert streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, prompt interventions that guide each learner toward 90 % mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you initiate a live coaching session, remove the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence.

What You Will Be Doing
Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and activate solutions within a 48‑hour timeframe.
Conducting urgent‑response "intervention" calls that eliminate obstacles and restore student motivation for subsequent work.
Facilitating post‑assessment coaching conversations to distinguish conceptual gaps from procedural mistakes and establish unambiguous action items.
Reporting roster irregularities or metric discrepancies immediately upon detection, protecting the accuracy of all performance data.
Coordinating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Attending prolonged meetings while your analysis sits unused.
Producing generic presentation materials disconnected from measurable results.
Marking physical assignments or developing curriculum—the AI handles the instructional workload.
Academic Success Specialist Key Responsibilities Provide immediate academic analysis and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Basic Requirements
Demonstrated ability working in data science or a related role, education, EdTech, or a student‑support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…).
High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a kid‑friendly coaching style.
