Reservation Manager (PART TIME)
U‑Haul is looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, provides outstanding customer service, is results‑oriented and wants to work in a fast‑paced environment where each day is different and dynamic.
Shift Hours
Opener: 7 am–3 pm
Closer: 11 am–7 pm (Fridays 12 pm–8 pm)
Sundays: 9 am–5 pm
Starting Pay $16 per hour.

Responsibilities
Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U‑Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
Review reports to aid effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts, ensuring equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company’s U‑Box portable storage product.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management and multitasking.
