About This Job Salary: $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Entry level.

How You’ll Make An Impact As a Processing Technician CV, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission by performing all aspects of processing, preservation, and storage of tissues in an FDA‑regulated environment. You will work in a team under aseptic conditions, perform controlled production processes, and conduct quality assessments and documentation according to current procedures.

What You’ll Do

Tissue Processing – Review work orders, work with supervisors to adjust plans, and process tissue (debridement, dissection, cutting, cleaning, disinfection, sizing, assessment) per protocols.

Packaging – Perform all aspects of packaging and preservation of tissue products, including cryopreservation and application of packaging materials.

Documentation & Data Entry – Record all processes and functions according to procedures.

Decontamination – Conduct post‑processing decontamination of equipment and the processing room.

What You’ll Bring

High School or GED required

Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Zero years of work experience required

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications

Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) Certification preferred

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

One (1) year Tissue Processing Experience preferred

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Thorough and accurate task performance

Strong verbal and written communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and related software

Ability to learn new skills, grafts, and adapt to developing product lines

Prioritize multiple competing priorities and manage time/workload

Collaborate effectively in a team environment

Technical skills, general anatomy knowledge, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment
