Job Description This full‑time role located in Little Rock, AR involves installation, maintenance, repair, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
Layout, facilitate, plan, and document installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, modification, troubleshooting, diagnosing, programming, optimization, and design of existing and new manufacturing equipment.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
Install, upgrade, and calibrate equipment.
Support hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment and pumps.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Three years of experience in industrial maintenance or an associate’s degree or certificate in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent enrollment or completion of a two‑year technical degree in a maintenance field.
Experience with Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), analog and digital AC/DC drive systems, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and/or calibrations/metrology.
Experience with PLC logic, process flow diagrams, instrument flow diagrams, and/or P&ID drawings.
Experience with electrical tools, test equipment, and instruments used in industrial plant applications.
