The Infra. Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure focusing on Solarwinds. The incumbent will ensure seamless operations and contribute to the company's technological advancement.

In this role, you will:
Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and efficiency.
Implement and maintain Solarwinds solutions to monitor and enhance network performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
Develop and execute infrastructure improvement plans to enhance system reliability.
Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
Oversee the deployment of new technologies and systems within the organization.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure infrastructure security and integrity.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
Document infrastructure processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Contribute to the company’s technological advancement and impact on society through efficient infrastructure management.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):
Possess extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure with a focus on Solarwinds.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify improvements.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address infrastructure-related issues.
Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure.
Display effective communication skills for documentation and training purposes.

Salary and Other Compensation: $90,000-$107,000 per year.
Applications will be accepted until Jan 9 2026. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
