Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling operational costs. Oversee the diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize production downtime. Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Manage critical spare parts inventory and procurement to support efficient maintenance operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes, tools, and equipment performance.
Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs and industrial automation. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in budget management and process optimization. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. Knowledge of reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and predictive maintenance (PdM) techniques.
Bonus Qualifications Advanced CMMS administration or implementation experience. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proven experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
