Regardless of size, small and large accomplishments with our clients are celebrated as each represents a continued step in the right direction of our company's values.**Pay:** **$23.00 - $28.00 per hour****Employee Benefits*** Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases* Drive time and mileage reimbursement**Job Duties*** Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.* Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.* Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.* 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.**Requirements*** Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred* High school diploma or equivalent* School schedule 7:45am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday* Childcare experience required**About****Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group**The Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
