Job Title: Sr Anaplan Builder (Applications Development Analyst)

Location: New York, NY

Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week

Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-Hire potential)

Pay Range: $65/hr -$73/hr on W2 (DOE)

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Anaplan Builder with strong FP&A and financial modeling expertise to support enterprise financial planning, revenue analytics, and incentive compensation models. This role will partner closely with finance stakeholders while collaborating with an offshore Anaplan development team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models supporting FP&A, revenue forecasting, and analytics

Develop and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions

Support incentive compensation and performance management models

Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions

Optimize model performance, usability, and data integrity

Provide guidance and oversight to offshore Anaplan resources

Troubleshoot model issues and support ongoing enhancements

Required Experience & Skills

5 years of hands‑on Anaplan development experience

Strong experience with FP&A models (budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning)

Solid finance background (corporate finance, planning, analytics)

Experience with client revenue analytics

Proven experience working with offshore teams

Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment (3x/week)

Preferred Qualifications

Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Advanced Model Builder, etc.)

Experience with incentive compensation models

Prior experience in large enterprise or complex financial environments
