Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly

Zachary Piper is seeking a Data Center Engineer- TS/SCI CI Poly in the Reston, Virginia area for a leading global technology organization. The Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly must work onsite in the SCIF 5 days a week. The Data Center Engineer must hold an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities for the Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly include:

Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage network activity for large enterprise customer data networks

Work closely with other engineers to support customer project requests

Provide high level technical expertise to support LAN and WAN

Offer recommendations for improving network and systems performance, efficiency, and security

Requirements for the Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly include:

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance

Over 5 years of systems and network administration/engineering experience

Deep understanding of key technologies and protocols in network and security including route switch protocols, configurations, specifically EIGRP, BGP and SD-WAN, MPLS is a must.

Strong experience in WAN, LAN, Firewalls, and Cisco router/switch configuration

Well versed in Linux and Windows

Previous VMware experience building and deploying new virtual machines

Compensation of the Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly: $130,000 - $170,000 plus comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays.
