This entry‑level, hourly, hybrid role supports Spanish‑language recruiting and onboarding for professional cleaning staff at Maid Sailors Cleaning Service. The position focuses on interviewing applicants, conducting orientations, and supporting hiring events in New York City. Some work may be performed remotely, but the role requires presence at the NYC office and attendance at job fairs as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in‑person interviews and orientations in our New York City office.
Work in our Manhattan office 1–2 times per week.
Attend NYC job fairs approximately 2 times per month.
Coordinate closely with the operations team on hiring needs.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in group settings.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology and online systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
Recruiting, onboarding, or training experience.
Knowledge of ATS or HR software.
Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or service industries.
