Maid Sailors is hiring a
Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator
to support Spanish-language recruiting and onboarding for professional cleaning staff. This
hybrid role
focuses on interviewing applicants, conducting orientations, and supporting hiring events in NYC. While some work can be performed remotely, this role requires the ability to come into our NYC office and attend job fairs as needed.
This is an
entry-level, hourly position
with defined responsibilities and opportunities to grow as the company expands. The role will start as
part-time (25–35 hours/week) , with the potential to move to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct applicant interviews (phone and in-person) for professional cleaner candidates
Lead new-hire orientations in our Manhattan office near Times Square
Attend job fairs (2-3 times per month)
Coordinate closely with the operations team on hiring needs
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using technology and online systems
Reliable, organized, and professional
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Recruiting, onboarding, or customer-facing experience
with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is HR software
Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or service industries Nice to Have
