We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual who wants to be part of our sales team. The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry‑level part‑time management role that sells shoes to customers and leads the sales team when you are the manager on duty. This role is for the person looking for a career with great job growth in a company that values internal promotion.

What You Will Do

Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.

Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.

Ring up sales in computer; take cash and run credit cards.

Help re‑stock the sales floor.

Maintain neatness and cleanliness in the store.

Teach others how to perform the above tasks.

Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.

Make bank deposits.

Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

What You Need

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.

Willing to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.

Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.

Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25–50 pounds.
