Position Summary The Registered Behavior Technician, under the direct supervision of a BCBA, implements ABA techniques to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include one‑on‑one therapy, documenting daily notes, and reporting progress to the BCBA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one treatment to individuals in need of applied behavior analytic therapy in any location necessary to support the individual.
Implement and maintain feedback from the treating BCBA.
Implement goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
Provide adequate feedback regarding the client’s progress to the supervisor.
Develop professional relationships with caregivers, providing feedback regarding client progress.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self‑help skills, social skills, and other targeted goals.
Collect and track accurate data according to the treatment plan and goal progress.
Adhere to the ethical standards of the BACB and Center for Human Services.
Observe confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

18 years of age or older
At least 6 months experience in the developmental disabilities field or a related behavioral support role
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
RBT‑credentialed through the BACB upon hire
Required to complete training programs
Valid driver’s license
Valid vehicle insurance
Shift 35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (schedule to be determined)
