Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Omaha, NE, for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will focus on selling insurance policies, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring that they receive the best coverage for their needs. Additionally, the role requires building strong client relationships, consulting on financial matters, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professional service and expertise. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, guiding customers through the insurance selection process, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to navigate insurance products and services effectively
Knowledge of the Insurance and Finance sectors, with a strong understanding of financial planning and insurance regulations
Excellent Customer Service skills to provide professional, empathetic assistance to clients
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE, and possess a valid insurance agent license (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
Self-motivated with effective organizational and time management skills
